3.10 Start new element of contents

Please follow steps described  in section 2.11.

As you have not beforehand chosen a place for this new element you will be introduced to a list of existing elements of contents,

from which you may choose the spot for the new element by clicking one of the little grey arrows in the list of already existing elements of contents.
